My coupon code isn't working

Our coupon codes are generated for one-time use only.

If you have started your order in a seperate device (such as your phone, ipad, or laptop), please be sure to clear your coupon code and empty your cart from that device before completing your order on a new device.

Sometimes this previous session gets cached in your browser and therefore needs to be cleared before you can proceed.

If for any reason your code doesn’t work, please empty your cart, delete the cookies in your browser and refresh your browser.

If you are still getting an error message, please restart your computer and use an “incognito” window in your browser to circumvent rogue cookies.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently we ship to the Continental USA, Hawaii, and Alaska; we hope to ship internationally soon. Subscribe here to be the first to know when we ship internationally.

How long does shipping take?

PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, shipping and fulfillment timelines may be delayed by up to 6 business days. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us directly and we will be happy to help you!

Within the US, orders usually arrived within 1-7 business days, depending on the shipping speed you choose.

Standard (FREE) Shipping: Arrives 2-4 business days in the Continental US. 7 business days for Hawaii and Alaska.
One Day Shipping: Arrives 2-3 Business Days in the Continental US.
Two Day Shipping: Arrives 1-2 Business Days in the Continental US.

How much does shipping cost?

Within the continental US, we offer free standard shipping on all orders. For quicker shipping speeds we provide different options so you can choose the shipping method that best suits your needs. Please see all your options when you check out.

What is your return policy?

We are happy to offer a return or refund in the following situations:

Faulty product: If you have received a product that is faulty, we will replace any faulty parts or refund you fully, including shipping costs – your choice.

Unsuitable goods: If you believe your product is unsuitable for any other reason, or you have changed your mind, simply contact us within 30 Days of purchase, return the product to us in an unused, re-sellable condition with all parts and we will refund your product, minus the shipping cost.

How do I return my product?

Do you have a warranty period?

Yes! We have taken a lot of time and care with our products, and know you’ll be impressed by the high quality of our production. This is why we are happy to offer a 12 month manufacturing warranty. However, we cannot replace or refund for personal accidents with the products.

Why does my order come in an Amazon box?

We partner with a number of delivery services such as Fedex, UPS, USPS and Amazon – and our system automatically selects the best shipping price for our customers. Currently Amazon can usually broker the best shipping rates for most customers, so more than likely, your products will come in an Amazon box.
